All children are capable of becoming resilient, confident individuals, but knowing how to develop these skills can be the challenge. Despite our best efforts, as adults, we know life is never without its challenges so we need to teach our children how to navigate these difficulties safely and know how to ask for help.
By focusing on positive relationships and children's self esteem, we can lay supportive foundations and boundaries necessary to ensure that they start to develop a confident image of themselves, and to know what is acceptable and what isn't. The more resilient you are, the better you are able to cope with stress so by strengthening your child's character you will be equipping them with a self help toolkit.
In this session parents will learn how to boost your child's self esteem and strengthen their resilience. With straightforward advice and tips you will learn how to help your child so they can independently solve peer disagreements, persevere in times of difficulty, and respond to challenges with confidence. Through the power of a growth mindset and purposeful praise, this workshop will give you the support you need so your child can learn to bounce back from mishaps and take different situations in their stride.
