Kindling Education will be required to collect, use and keep personal information it receives from its clients. This is for the purpose of the business and it in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 

Intellectual Property

All content published made available on our site is the property of Kindling Education and the site’s creator. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, powerpoints, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our site and the way we expect users to behave on our site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law by using this site you indemnify and hold harmless Kindling Education and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions. 

Applicable Law

These terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.

Payment

Please make all payments for workshops or 1:1 consultancy sessions prior to the date of the sessions or by the date on the invoice emailed to you.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund up until 24 hours prior to group workshops or 1:1 consultancy sessions. If you wish to reschedule your session for any reason please contact Kindling Education on hello@kindlingeducation.com. Please do so at least 24 hours prior to each session otherwise we might be unable to process the refund or reschedule the session.

Cancellation policy

Kindling Education requires at least a 24 hour notice period of any cancellations. Unfortunately in the event of a late cancellation we are unable to provide refunds - unless in exceptional circumstances.
